Admins hold the authority to approve drafts they have access to. This guide will walk you through approving both scheduled and unscheduled drafts, ensuring smooth content management.
How to approve scheduled drafts
Step 1: On your PostPaddy dashboard, select “Drafts” on the side navigation.
Step 2: Select the desired draft.
Step 3: Click on the approve button.
Step 4: Confirm approval.
How to approve unscheduled drafts
Step 1: On your PostPaddy dashboard, select “Drafts” on the side navigation.
Step 2: Click the desired draft.
Step 3: Click the approve button.
Step 4: Select “Post now” or “Schedule post”
Step 5: If you chose to schedule, set the scheduled time.
Step 6: Click “Schedule”
There you have it! The draft will no longer be available on the list of drafts page. It will now be available on the scheduled post page.
