Renewals are automatic but can be paused or fail if the card isn’t funded at the time of automatic renewal. Here is how you can renew your subscription plan on PostPaddy as a user:

Step 1: Click on the profile icon on the top right area of the dashboard.

Step 2: Click on “Plans.”

Step 3: Select the renew button on the current plan; or “subscribe” on a higher plan

You will be redirected to the payment gateway to renew your plan.
