How to change your data source
You can change the social media channels from which the audience data is sourced. Here’s how:
Step 1: Select "Audience" on the analytics area of the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Click the channel drop-down.
Step 3: Select the desired channel.
The returned analytics data should be that of the selected channels.
How to use the date filter
Here’s how to filter your data by date:
Step 1: Select "Audience" on the analytics area of the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Click on the date filter.
Step 3: Select the desired date.
Export data
You can export your data from PostPaddy. Here’s how:
Step 1: Select "Audience" on the analytics area of the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Select the export button.
Step 3: Select the export file type (PDF).
The data will be downloaded on your local device.
Overview screen
You can see the total number of followers for each channel. Here’s how:
Step 1: Select "Audience" on the analytics area of the side navigation bar.
You will first see an overview of the total number of followers.
Audience growth chart
You can see a chart for audience growth for Facebook and Instagram. Here’s how:
Step 1: Select "Audience" on the analytics area of the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Scroll down to the audience growth chart.
You will see a chart for audience growth based on the selected channel.
Audience demographics
You can see the demographic data for your audience, including age, sex, and location. Here’s how:
Step 1: Select "Audience" on the analytics area of the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Scroll down to the audience demographics.
You will see a demographic distribution for age and gender, country, and city.
For unavailable data, you will see a “Learn more” button to know why it’s unavailable.
LinkedIn demographics
To see more LinkedIn demographics data (including Seniority, Industry, job function, and city), simply do this:
Step 1: Select "Audience" on the analytics area of the side navigation bar.
Step 2: Scroll down to the audience demographics.
You will see a demographic distribution for industry, seniority, job function, and city.
