POSTPADDY CHILD SAFETY & CSAM PREVENTION POLICY
Last updated on March 21 2025.
PURPOSE
PostPaddy is a third-party social media management tool that enables users to schedule and publish posts to various external channels. Although PostPaddy does not host or permanently store user-generated content on its own servers, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers children.
SCOPE
This policy applies to:
All users of the PostPaddy platform (the “Service”).
Any content that is routed or processed through PostPaddy’s systems, even if that content is ultimately hosted on third-party channels.
All moderators, employees, and third-party service providers who interact with user data on behalf of PostPaddy.
POSTPADDY'S ROLE AS A THIRD-PARTY TOOL
Limited Control: PostPaddy primarily acts as a conduit between the user and external social media platforms. We do not routinely monitor or moderate the content posted to those external channels.
Hosting & Storage: PostPaddy does not permanently store or host user-generated content. Content is stored briefly (if at all) for scheduling and publishing purposes, then removed from our servers once posted.
Third-Party Platform Policies: Each external channel (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) has its own content policies and moderation mechanisms. Users are subject to the terms of those platforms in addition to our own policies.
PROHIBITED USE
Even though we do not host content, we strictly prohibit using PostPaddy to create, distribute, or facilitate the sharing of:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting sexual activities involving minors or content that sexually exploits minors.
Sexualization of Minors: Any content that depicts or encourages sexual or erotic behavior involving minors.
Grooming or Exploitation: Any activity aimed at befriending a minor with the intent to facilitate online or offline sexual contact or exploitation.
Trafficking or Solicitation: Any content or behavior that promotes the trafficking or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes or forced labor.
REPORTING MECHANISM
We encourage users and the public to report suspected child exploitation content, even though the content may not be hosted on our servers:
In-App Support: Users can contact our support team within the app through the application chatbot to report concerns.
Email: Anyone can send a report to [email protected], or by mail to 2810 Routh Creek Pkwy #2247, Richardson, TX 75082, United States, if they suspect that PostPaddy is being misused to facilitate the distribution of CSAM or other harmful content.
OUR RESPONSE
Content & Account Action: If we receive a credible report that a user is misusing PostPaddy to distribute CSAM or other exploitative content, we will:
Immediately block or suspend the user’s access to PostPaddy.
Remove any stored or queued content from our servers to the extent that we have access or control.
External Platform Notification: We may notify the relevant external platform(s) where the content was published, if feasible, so they can take appropriate action.
Legal and Law Enforcement Cooperation: Where legally required or appropriate, we will report any verified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant law enforcement authorities.
AGE RESTRICTIONS AND PARENTAL GUIDANCE
Age Requirements: PostPaddy is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use PostPaddy without verifiable parental consent.
Parental Controls: We encourage parents and guardians to supervise minors’ use of social media tools. Since PostPaddy connects to external platforms, parents should familiarize themselves with the age restrictions and safety settings of each platform.
STAFF TRAINING
Although PostPaddy does not host content, our staff receive training on:
Recognizing potential child exploitation scenarios within user accounts (e.g., suspicious usage patterns).
Handling reports of CSAM or suspected grooming swiftly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Properly escalating reports to relevant external platforms and law enforcement.
