LISTINGS BY POSTPADDY — PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how PostPaddy LLC (“PostPaddy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Listings by PostPaddy (the “Service”).
Not offered to EU/UK. The Service is not offered to residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom at this time. Do not use the Service if you are located in the EU/UK. If we unintentionally receive such data, we will delete it once identified.
1. Scope and Roles
1.1 Controller vs processor
Controller processing (PostPaddy decides why/how): account management, subscriptions/billing, security, fraud prevention, product analytics, and service improvement.
Processor processing (you decide why/how): Buyer and contact information you collect through your Listing Pages (for example, Inquiry submissions). In that context, you are the controller and PostPaddy processes on your instructions.
Because Listing Pages are public, we may also receive limited data about visitors (for example IP address and device signals) to maintain security and integrity of the Service.
1.2 Who this policy applies to
This Policy covers:
Service users (account owners and teammates),
visitors to public Listing Pages,
buyers and contacts whose data is entered into the Service,
visitors to our websites.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and profile data
Name, email, password hashes, brand/workspace details, team member information, and settings.
2.2 Billing and payment data
Subscription tier, invoices, billing address, and tax information (if required). Payment processing is handled by third party processors (for example Stripe, Paystack). We do not store full payment card numbers.
2.3 Listing Page content (Customer Content)
Product names, descriptions, images/videos, categories, tags, and any other content you publish through the Service.
2.4 Inquiries and form submissions
If you enable forms:
Buyer name, email, phone number (if collected), message, selected product, timestamps, and related metadata.
2.5 Usage, device, and log data
IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, pages/screens viewed, actions taken, crash logs, and diagnostic telemetry.
2.6 Visitor analytics for public Listing Pages
We may collect analytics about Listing Page activity, such as:
page views, unique views (approximate), link clicks, product card clicks,
referrer/UTM parameters where available,
timestamps and general device information.
2.7 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies/SDKs for:
authentication and security,
app functionality,
analytics and performance.
We may use analytics tools (for example Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel) to understand usage.
If you add your own third party pixels or tracking to your Listing Page (where supported), you are responsible for providing appropriate disclosures and obtaining consent where required.
2.8 Support communications
Messages you send to customer support, recordings or transcripts (if any), and related attachments.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
provide, operate, and maintain the Service,
publish and display Listing Pages,
deliver Inquiry submissions to you and show them in your dashboard,
personalize settings and templates,
process payments and manage subscriptions,
prevent fraud and abuse, secure accounts, and protect the Service,
measure performance and improve features,
communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support,
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
No sale/share (CPRA style). We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.
Disclosures to third parties
We share information with vendors and service providers (“sub processors”) only as needed to operate the Service, such as:
hosting and cloud infrastructure,
database and storage providers,
analytics providers,
payment processors,
customer support tools.
We may also disclose information:
to comply with law or lawful requests,
to protect rights, safety, and security,
in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
When you delete Customer Content or close your account, we delete or de identify data within a reasonable period (commonly 30 to 90 days), subject to lawful retention requirements and backup rotation.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
access and obtain a copy of your personal information,
correct inaccurate information,
delete information,
object to or restrict certain processing,
export information (data portability).

If you are a Customer collecting Buyer data, you are responsible for handling Buyer requests related to that data.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
The Service is not offered to EU/UK residents. If you transfer data to us from other countries, you understand that data may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will provide notice (for example, in app or by email). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
